Information and documentation centre at INNORPI

Since 2006, INNORPI established an information and documentation centre with the purpose of :

• facilitating consultation of Tunisian, regional (European, African and Arab), as well as foreign legislation
• providing access to a multimedia IP library
• supporting regulatory surveillance
• advising and orienting users in their research

INNORPI also act as a Technology, Innovation Support Centre (TISC) for Tunisia. The INNORPI-based TISC supports SMEs, innovative companies, researchers and academia in their technology watch activity, on both public and commercial databases.

INNORPI is also part to the ARDI programme (Access to Research for Development and Innovation) which provide access to a wide range of scientific journals and scholarly publications by editors such as Elsevier, Royal Society of Chemistry, American Institute of Physics etc.

Finally, in order to help innovators better profit from the possibilities offered by IP, INNORPI created a training centre and an office for technology transfer :

• The Academy for Industrial Property offers a number of courses and workshops on IP
• The Office for Technology Transfer advice universities and technology centres on the topic of technology transfer
